1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on the “Tools” menu option and select “Internet Options” from the drop down menu.
3. Click on the “Security” tab.
4. For the “Internet” option, please ensure that the “Security” level is set to Medium or below.
5. Click on the “Custom Level” button.
6. Please ensure that the "Java permissions" option under the “Java VM” option is not set to "Disable Java”.
7. Click on “OK” and then click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down until you see the sub-heading "Java VM”. Check the boxes next to "Java logging enabled" and "Java console enabled”.
