Can I point out aswell that the IRA (Irish Republican Army) is, or rather was, terroristic as well as David Griffith. The man who shot the first Abortion doctor in Pensacola, FL. That too was a terroristic action. Let's not forget the David Korresh story and the many guns and the Kool-Aid assassin from 1979.
These are but small snipets of others who have used religion as their scapegoat to commit crimes against humanity.
Religion is not the reason these people are terrorists, vigilantism and power/greed are the reasons these people are terrorists. They feel whatever their way is....is the right way........the only way. If even one person falls for that kind of logic in a sheep mentality, they will either become or sympathize with other terrorists.
It's not because they are Islamic, it's because those few are ignorant of the world around them.

I do realise that not many Muslims are terrorists but unfortunatly many terrorists claim to be Muslim. But i have not heard public condemnations by Muslims agains these terrorists, so until this happens, i believe that the terrorists are indeed representing Islam, cos the public who do not know the ins and outs of Islam, cant see the difference between the terrorist Islam and the right Islam
But to tell you the truth, i dont really carewhat religion they are cos it doesnt matter, what matters is that these people are the worst kind of people. I do not consider them humans any longer.

I agree with you.
By the same token, the inquisitions of the Christian past had nothing to do with divine love now, did they?
Religion in itself is a thesis wherein human beings exist separate from God and must be reconciled or united with God.
Of course, every religion claims to have the magic wonder cure for this 'originally sinful' condition.
Ironically, plain logic forbids the thesis of anything existing 'separate from' an omnipresent God!
But then again, people who think logically are, of course, heretics.
Before the advent of information sharing worldwide, such people were simply killed off. Today, the church(es) can't afford the negative image anymore, so they're simply psychologically attacked.
The christian religion was begun in conjunction with political leadership, and nothing much has changed about that in 1,600 years, no matter how much the 'separation of church and state' is verbalized by either party.
That other 'controlling' religions share the same power hunger is evident.
What to do? Boycott religion. ANY religion.

Agreed! Just ask Pope Urban and look at the Crusades. The Christians slaughtered thousands of Muslims while the remainder of Saladin's army watched helplessly from the hill. And that's not what Christianity is about, and the same goes for Islam.

Its ok defend that islam is not a terrorist religion.
Its ok to tell that christianity also committed many genocides.
How could you say that all religions commited crimes.
If it is your way of defending islam. I would say that muslims are that great.
By the way you cannot go to heaven, by this kind of defence for you being ignorant.

Try telling them THAT!!!
I mean no offense to moderate muslims intended but if I bunch of guys are killing people yelling "God is great" etc, please don't prentend it has nothing to do with Islam.
Truth is that there ARE passages that can be interpreted in a militaristic manner. These people mostly MEMORIZE every verse of the Qu'ran.
My guess is that you've never even read it!!!
Christianity? Well, I'll be the first to admit that new testament is not violent whereas Chrsitians have done their share of violence (more i believe than muslims although its a toss up).

Ibn Warraq thinks different. According to him Islam is the root cause of terrorism. I agree things like shaira law are proof of a sick mentality.

Those of us who are mature and were blessed with ability to think for ourselves do realize this. To hold all Muslims responsible for the terrorist actions is wrong.

Sorry.....not going to believe your propoganda.....
Terrorists regular proclaim Islam as the very REASON they are having Jihad....and regular threaten others with death if they do not convert to Islam.
Only the ignorant are deceived into believing otherwise.
