I just got my ears pierced a little over a month ago (finally), and I wanna change my earrings so much. But whenever I go to put some in, I start to feel nauseous. And it still kinda hurts. How can I get over the part about feeling sick, plus helping them to heal faster? That's the reason I've just left these earrings in! thanks in advance!

How long are you supposed to keep the original studs in your ears? Don't try to change them too soon.

If you've left them in as long as you were supposed to, then you could try:
-numbing your ears with an ice cube for a minute or so before you try and change your earrings
-have someone else help you
-lie down while you are doing it to try and help with the nausea/lightheadedness

Usually the place that pierces your ears will give you some kind of solution to put on your ears to prevent infection. If they did, leave your old earrings in for just a few more days and use that solution diligently. Also, twist your earrings in your ears (kind of like a screw) a few times each day. That may sound painful, but it does help them to heal faster. (I was told to do that when I got mine pierced) If they didn't give you any solution, keep twisting your earrings anyway and next time you change them, put some neosporin or other mild antibiotic cream on the post of the earring. It will go in easier and help your ears to heal. I think you may just be making yourself sick when putting earrings in. It also may be because they hurt that you are getting nauseous. Let your ears heal for a little while longer and try to think of something else when putting your earrings in. Don't look in the mirror and make sure you are sitting down when you put them in. I promise, if you put neosporin on the earring, it will make it much easier.

Iv recently just had mine done, you have to wait a minimum of 6 weeks before you can change them for them to heal properly. If theyre still hurting, theyre probably not healed yet.
I just use salt+water to keep mine clean, Im not sure if you can make them heal any quicker though.

What's the composition of your ear rings?
Try gold. You might be allergic to other metals.
