I want to buy a used computer game from Amazon seller. Is there a risk for a virus on a factory made game program?

The risk is very minimal. Your risk of a viral infection when you go online is MUCH HIGHER than getting a virus from a used CDrom.
Also, your anti virus software should be able to detect a virus on the CDrom, and you can scan it first for safetys sake. Be sure your antivirus software is completely up to date before scanning.

I'm assuming that the programs aren't original to the computer you own. In this case, you should register them with the vendor who own the rights to the programs. Otherwise, this is known as "program counterfeiting" and this is a violation of law. In most cases, folks don't get caught doing it, but...you never know. It's best to register the program.
