No conversion is possible, since watt/in is power/length, while w/cm^2 is power/area.

you have a unit problem. You cannot convert inches to cm2 because one unit corresponds to a lenght, while the other corresponds to an area. There must be a typo. I think it's supposed to be 200 watt/inch2, in which case it would be equivelant to 31 watts/cm2.

If you meant to ask 200W/in^2, then you divide by 2.54^2 to get W/cm^2.
