nobody is right or wrong
everyone has their right to their own opinion
thats what is so great about freedom of expression, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press...all that
its wonderful knowing that everyone isn't "right" or "wrong"
that its all just a personal choice

Because I believe in a reality that one can see, hear, and touch. It is based on facts. Things that can be proven to be true. If I can't prove it, then it's just a theory. My beliefs do not need "faith" or suspended rationality to be true. The are self evident. I do not need to prove that 2+2=4. Because it is. It is RIGHT. If you believe the answer is 5 then you are wrong. Unequivicably wrong. You can argue that a mysterious man told you in a great book that 2+2 will one day equal 5. That all who do not believe that will not get to go to his special math room when they die. That's fine, but it's not real, it's not a fact, and it's not right.

My beliefs are correct because I can prove they are with logic, reason and evidence. Those who cannot prove to the contrary are wrong.
If I am proven wrong by being shown that my evidence is flawed or that there is better evidence to the contrary of my beliefs then I would admit to being wrong. Until that happens, I am 'right' or correct.
So is everybody else. That's how one defends their beliefs. If one cannot defend or support their beliefs then they will be proven wrong.
Isn't that simple?

Im not sure if we are discussing Christianity or just our own sense of sprirituality however, since I am a Christian I base my beliefs on the Bible. I believe it to be Gods book of communication with mankind. So, that is what I believe to be right. I have studied it long enough to know that it gives sound council for our lives if we choose to follow it.

Well, most people seem to think that way, and I think everyone should hold themselves in check, when they begin criticizing the beliefs of others. What's this insane need to verify one's self with everyone else? If you truly believe in what you believe in, you don't need to go and check with someone else if you're right or wrong? It's up to each one of us to choose the belief system that holds meaning for them personally. As far as I'm concerned, we are all worshipping the same God, with as many different names as there are cultures. One person's religion is no business for another to bother their heads about! All these wars in the name of religion really goes to show that man is sullying the original purpose of religion, that is to contribute to human unity, and rather, our religious differences are driving us farther apart due to our lack of respect, tolerance and understanding for others. When are we all going to use our God-given intellectual abilities? We act like animals towards others who are different, in all respects, that it's shameful! God must cringe as He observes our behaviours! We will convince God the creation of man was a mistake and it'll be back to insects and animals only! They have greater respect for the earth than we do!

nobody can say for sure one way or the other that they are right and everybody else is wrong because to do so is an arrogant way of thinking anyway everybody feels that their religious beliefs are valid and therefore sacred to them and nobody should judge anybody based on that

As far as religious beliefs are concerned, GOD's Opinion is the only one that should be considered. What is written in the scriptures tells us exactly what we are supposed to be doing in worship and in our everyday life. IT directs our every move in life if we allow it to. HE created man and has the right to make those decisions as far as I am concerned. I do not believe that man should make any decisions about worship without consulting the Scriptures for HIS WORD on the matter. Read, study, and obey HIS WORD as HE would expect you to do. Have a great day.

They aren't, I believe what I have found in my heart and tempered
with the test of my mind and all my experiences, and I might be
totally wrong, so I try to listen to every thing to hear a truth when
it appears. I listen to you and hear some truth, thank you.
