most of the time you CAN'T. but when it does happen, the best you can do is to NOT raise your voice, do not curse, do not hit & do not even bother fighting back because you only end up saying things you regret, mainly because your "angry". Anger gets the best of you. It's always best to talk things over & work things out when your calm & speak to each other civilized. When your calm, you can think better, say better words & make better decisions on how you can both resolve things.

Just be the bigger person and walk away. If you can't walk away, don't engage in a yelling match. That only intensifies the matter. Stay calm.
