Adultery is defined in the Bible as sex with anyone (even mentally, not just physically, see when Jesus said "If you even look at another woman...) who is NOT your spouse.
Sex with self would fit that definition, wouldn't it?
If you are really interested in this subject I'd suggest you check out a book called "Every Man's Battle." It discusses this subject in detail.

I say yes, it is unclean,undisciplined, unholy, lustful, bad habit, not according to Gods plan of man and woman.Dishonoring of the body,shameful, and disrespectful towards Gods plan and design. Leads to evil thoughts which are to be rejected.
