You can't help if you have feelings for someone - but you CAN control your actions. So, don't cross the line or act on them. I would give it a few weeks to see what you are really feeling. You don't want to break up a solid relationship with your boyfriend over another guy. BUT, on the other hand, you don't want to miss out on REAL LOVE because you are scared of hurting someone's feelings if you break up with them.

No it isn't an "OCD" thought. YOu are just confused. Maybe you are having these thoughts because you are so in Love with your b-friend that you are second guessing your self. Or maybe you (in the way back of your head) don't love your boyfriend as much as you think you do. Or maybe you and your boyfriend have a routine and you are just letting your mind wander and are wondering what it would be like if you were with someone else. Either way, if you ever feel like you want to act on your thoughts make sure you talk to your boyfriend first and give him a heads up so he knows you are having some issues

You want to solve this delimma? well you're not going to know if you like him until you have sex with him, if the sex is good you will keep doing it and leave your boyfriend, but if the sex is bad you will not like the guy anymore and you will feel bad about it whenever you have sex with your boyfriend. But you will feel more in love with your boyfriend, because you've done something you regret and you will be good to him because you dont want him to notice what you've done , but he will find out and then he will leave you and you will cry and scream out how sorry you are and pack all your stuff and go back home to mommie and daddy. either way you're screwed for allowing your self to lose focus of your man and wonder about another. Daydreaming at the office can turn into a real headache.

don't let yourself be convinced that you will always be bothered by ocd, there are things you can do to not suffer in every situation, if you think having certain thoughts is torture. Just try to keep a broad perspective of life. but i presume it's typical of ocd to go through thought processes as you have, whether u like something or not, and keep thinking it over and over and over, u need to relax and just let things take their course sometimes without wanting like a definitive answer all the time. just try to love him even if u don't love him as a boyfriend. good luck anyhow

Entering the teenager age, every person, male or female must think a lot about their future. To love one man or one woman the whole life,it takes time, not deciding so quick and later obstacle and separation.Thinking about the future,is not so easy,it relates to many challenges.

To me it sounds like you are feeling a lot of general anxiety-- maybe something to do with your job and/or lifestyle-- and are being distracted by this workmate. It might be time to do an inventory: are you taking good care of yourself? nutrition? fresh air? exercise? REST?? If you can say that each of these areas is being attended to, then please check out the energy therapy called e f t and don't get sucked in by the various SSRI seductions. It is typical so relax. It just seems to me like you find this guy very attractive and you imagine things that are pleasurable. You just have to keep in mind that he isn't your boyfriend and you don't want him.
