Pray. When I was looking and my heart became a pro soccer ball I became frustrated and asked GOD how can I find the right one. He showed me a horizontal board at eye level filled with uniform rows of round plastic headed pins, all of the same color except one HE asked, "What do you see?" I said,"being at eye level I can only See one row the same color headed pins." He said,"I see all things as I am above all things; I see the one different colored pin that represents the one I have for you. You don't know which one it is so keep your eyes on ME.For I have created and it's MINE to give." Again I advise, pray.

Actually, this exact same thing has happened to me. I had a wonderful boyfriend and could never think of leaving him, and then another guy came into the picture. I stuck with my current boyfriend and eventually the feelings for the new boy faded and the ones for my boyfriend came back, so that's what I would say to do for your problem. Just stay with your boyfriend... All of this might just be the shock of coming back in contact with this guy after so long, and having liked him before.

Its only a phase, I'm sure it will pass and you will have feeling only for ur boyfriend. And in any case, there isnt really any point in thinking about the cali guy, cause he lives far so there wont be any relationship anyways. Just try not to think about it, not to think about what could have happened and just concentrate on being with ur current bf.

There is nothing like the first love. EVER. Just remember that if you have a chance to rekindle stuff w/your first love dont loose that chance. I wish i had the chance to rekindle the romance w/my first love. Its never the same w/anyone else. You will always remember your first love. So. if you have a chance, get together, go out (dont tell your current bf) iknow its wrong and all, but you have to do what is the best for you. I would go out w/your first love see how things go, see if you still feel things for him like you did before, and then decide.. this is your life, dont screw it up!

i was in a somewhat similar position. I really liked this guy and he really liked me. over the summer i went on vacation and i didn't see him for 3 months. when i got back i was hoping to have a relationship with him, but he started liking another girl. so i was crushed. but a month later i met my current boyfriend and im happy with him, but i still think about the other guy. i always questioned how it would have been to be with him instead of my bf right now. i think that we think about them because we never got the chance to see what would have happened. so dont worry, its normal. but if your feelings for this other guy is getting in the way of ur relationship with your bf, you need to re-think things. who do you care about the most? cuz its not fair to your bf that you're in love with another guy.

stay with the man you have now, he is the one making you happy. The guy from cali is just an imagination in your head. He may hurt you and the guy you have now won't take you back. So just stay with the one that makes you happy.

I guess you need to tell your boyfriend that a lover from your past has contacted you and you can't get him out of your head. Tell your boyfriend you feel you could be missing out on another great guy and don't know what to do.
If you're going to involve yourself with other men, your boyfriend deserves to know it.

Well I guess the best thing to do would be to be honest with both of them. Let them both know how you feel. I guess you have to weigh your options. It's not fair to keep your current bf in the dark about your feelings about another guy. Talk to them.

You just have to see the one who is the nicest, and the one who is truly in love with you, and who will be there for you.
Make a choice, the right one, i think that the one from california might be the good one, but you have to know who they are.
