Spend more time outside in the sunlight or look into getting one of those special lamps. I have problems with this too. Even though it's colder than hell here I bundle up and try to spend as much time outside on my deck as I can stand. It seems to help bring my mood, energy, appetite and sleep back to normal.

You could try treating it with light therapy. It's what they use to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). http://www.light-therapy.org/

For example, this light box http://www.healdirect.com/light_therapy_boxelite_light_lamp.html can output up to 10000 lux to make you feel like its spring time.
