Go to Local disk C and copy paste folder into desktop otherwise try the start button and it'll be in there somewhere so drag and put on your desktop then take the icon from you folder and drag it to startup.

the bottom, just go to Start-All Programs-Microsoft Office- Right Click on OutLook- Click Send To- Desktop(create a shortcut) then on the desktop you'll see the Outlook icon, drag it down into it

might have to unlock the tool bar first.
Right Click anywhere on bottom where Start is
Uncheck Lock the Taskbar
Drag it to Startup
Right Click and Lock it again

Right-click the START button. Select EXPLORE. Navigate to:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Right-click on any blank space and choose NEW | SHORTCUT.

When the CREATE SHORTCUT dialog appears, select BROWSE. Now navigat to C:\program files\outlook express. Select MSIMN. Close any open windows and reboot.

You can either drag it off your desktop and put it in your start up menu or if it isnt on your desktop, go to outlook express folder in program files and right click oin the msimn.exe file and go down to pin to start menu or if you want on your desktop, go to send to and click desktop.

you go into tools, and check to display quicklaunch icon.
