Does drinking apple cider vinegar affect toenail fungus growth?

I know it's good externally, but does it encourage the fungus to grow if it is used internally?

One draw back of drinking ACV is encouraging yeast growth. However, if the concentartion is more than 5% - usually they are - dilution in water might reduce this effect.
