depends how you cook em, though ive found them pretty similar to squirrel if you just chew a mouthful off while theyre still attatched to the tree

I would have to say oak. They're a bit gamey, but, like a fine wine, you can taste the oak with a fruity undertone.

Nah, they taste like meat doused in patchouli. Gotta be careful though, never know what they might be laced with.
