It's a sign of the fed gov. trying to get more control and take more freedom away.

It would just make cops give out tickets easier because sometimes when you receive a ticket in another state then it seems like they forget about you and most dont pay. With a national drivers lic. the ticketing system would work more like the IRS, in terms of them coming after you.

Virginia does quite have a 'bike in hardship-free words' license, regardless of the indisputable fact that that is considered a drivers license, and in the journey that your license is suspended, then the Virginia DMV would not decide on you driving, in spite of what form of motorcar you opt on to apply. the answer isn't any, you may not get a bike provided that your license is already suspended

There's a discussion which has been going on since around 2002, the real ID act, but I wouldn't call it a push.

http://www.dojgov.net/national_license-01.htm will give you some background on it.

HECK...that's the least of our worries. You know what Hilary is wanting to do when she becomes president?? she's wanting the Government to TAKE profits from company's and use it for Government use. WTF is that?? So that National License thing is the least of our worries right now. Join the Stop Hillary express..and listen to Rush Limbaugh...or Shawn Hanity, and Neal bortz.

I think we should keep it how it is. I would think it would be easier for authoritys to identfy people. I do think that we should have one month a year for everyone to pay for there tags though.
