Drop something right in front of him. Unless he's totally conceited and rude he'll pick it up. You can be like "Thanks" and then ask him his name or whatever. Introduce yourself, and tell him "I've seen you around" blah blah. You'll have a conversation going pretty soon. Just don't let it run dry. When you feel like he or you are running out of things to say, smile, tell him you'll see him later and walk away.

Talking to boys isn't hard. You have to remember that YOU are in control of the situation. If you see him in class, say hello, then compliment him. For example, tell him you like his shirt, or if he got a good grade on an assignment, tell him, "That's great!" Then, if he's friendly, whether he likes you romantically or not, he'll continue with the conversation. If not, ask him about his day, what his plans for the weekend are, what he thinks of a certain teacher, etc. Just make small talk and be friendly, but don't make it super-obvious that you're flirting. You didn't say how old you were, but just remember, you don't have to pretend to be like someone other than yourself. If he's interested, great! If not, well, to be cliche, there are other fish in the sea.

start whith small steps.
1. make eye contact , make him notice thata you notice him..but dont be too obvious.
2.smile to him, and go tlak to him,, make sure you sound secure..and safe, (rehearse in a tape recorder )
3. make sure your fisrt conversation does not get long and make sure you are the one who says, by got to go tlak to you later..
4. dont be needy
5. dont talk about your problems..
6.make sure you sound like a lot of fun and that you are happy...
if the above does not help in developing at least some kind of conversation or he is rude...
he is a fuxxxxk jerk.

try! it shouldnt be any different talking to boys then your friends. just look deep into his eyes and bat your eyelashes. that will get his attention
