darn thats hard ^_^ aah well being he has a girlfriend I wouldn't just go up to him and say hey I want to go out plus you don't want drama with the girl he's going out with >_< so I would go up to him and just ask him some stuff you know get be his friend thats hard i know but be persistant not to persistant though maybe he'll realize he likes you better
I had liked this guy and well its funny I told the girl he eventually went out with that I liked him she had told him and I got so imbarassed since he didnt really know me (we had bio together and i sat next to him too!!) we'll it was wierd but then we started talking and you know what he ended up braking up with her and well he eventually started liking me ^^ aah lol
But he if you did tell him you liked him one he will be flattered and who knows maybe a good friendship or two he's a jerk and blows you off but just try and see what happens GOOD LUCK

tell him how you feel. If he doesn't feel the same way he will tell you and life will go on, but what if he does? You will never know if you don't talk to him.
