"I hear it's good for you." ... WOW! are you serious!? of course it's good for you! you'll regret it later if you don't start brushing NOW! but i'm glad to hear that at least you're flossing. most people don't do that. have you ever had a cavity? i bet you're one of those people who never or hardly ever brush their teeth AND have never had a cavity. i know a couple of people like that... and i hate them! : )

cheers,
Shauna!

I have brushed at least twice a day (usually 4-5 times a day - apon waking, after breaky, after lunch, after dinner and before bed) since I was old enough to do it myself and I have all my own teeth (only ever 3 wisdom teeth removed due to being impacted) The water where I grew up had flouride in it. I have strong healthy white teeth and pink gums that are not prone to gingivitis. I do smoke so I am aware that I need to take extra care. I don't drink soft drinks which are prone to rot the teeth. I guess I am also lucky to have fairly good genes in the teeth department as they are quite straight and I have not needed braces.
I will continue to brush as often as I feel it's necessary.
I own both mouth wash and floss but use them irregularly. They are on my "should do more of" list.

Brushing your teeth twice a day, along with a flossing routine and a once a day mouth rinse will keep your teeth nice and healthy!

i brush and floss @ least twice daily. You should be brushing your teeth because there is a lot of bacteria on your teeth and depending on your diet (whether you drink soda or eat acid food) you can have cavities which later can become a really expensive and hectic treatment.
Please brush and keep on flossing!!!!

You should brush your teeth at least twice daily to remove plaque, bacteria and food particles from your teeth and gums. It also massages and stimulates your gumline to promote healthy bloodflow. I currently brush and floss 3 times daily.

I floss, brush and rinse twice a day. I use a soft toothbrush so I don't ruin my enamel.

Flossing is useless if you don't brush.
