Me and this guy have gone out on what i call dates 4 times now. this last time we went to his normal hang out and everyone knew alot about me and i didn't know any of them. and when they said o this is your ...he jumped in and said friend from work. so i was kinda confused but they knew what we just got done doing together to. but then we went back and watched tv for like 4 hours together and i decided i better leave to go do homework and he gave me a copy of his favorite cd that he thought i would like. when i left he kinda started to get up but didn't so i still haven't gotten even a hug from him...so im so confused on whether he likes me or not are we dating or not...just friend or just coworkers. i just dont' know..i REALLY like this guy and i get kinda nervous around him so when i think about asking him i just can't idk what to do..

Oh jeez girl. You have the same problem i do. Sometimes i wish guys would just tell you what they want. What i would do is kinda hint around about another guy that was kinda making you uncomfortable (true or not) and see if he gets defensive and asks if you want him to help and stuff. If he gets kind posessive them you know that their is something there. And then start out with little things like hugs. When you're leaving one day just kinda look at him and say in a playful tone "Oh what now...I can call you a friend and I dont even get a hug?" See what happens. Just incorporate humor into things. And if everything starts to go and progress to where you think he likes you then just kinda joke around one day about a mutual friend saying you two would make a cute couple. But I seriously think you've got him hooked. A CD to a guy is like the equivalent of them taking you out to dinner in their heads. Good Luck darlin. If you want keep me posted on how it goes.

honey, going on dates or sleeping with someone does not make him your boyfriend. he likes you, he might call you his girl when you guys are alone, but if he does not admit that your his girl in fron t of his buddies give it up
