There is this girl that i really think i love and i want to ask her out on valentines day. i planned on asking her to the Winter Formal dance at my high school. There is only one problem. Its on a saturday and i am busy with something that saturday. I am out of town about an hour away. im gonna be there until about 7 30 if im lucky. Winter formal starts at 8 00. I dont know if i should ask her out to the dance. Or just get there and ask her to dance with me. If you ahve any other suggestions please feel free to tell me.

If she doesn't end up going to the dance, you have lost your chance. And if she goes and meets someone else, you have lost your chance. If you are sure that you can make it there on time (Or even let her know you will be a couple minutes late) then you should go for it and ask her out.

First off, what the heck do you mean by "love"? Your only in highschool! Secondly, just walk up to her, introduce yourself and tell her that your going to the Winter formal( a little late) and you'd love to see her fine a-s-s there. When you get to the formal sweep her off of her feet (dance). And about V-day, juss ask the broad out...if she says no, then forget her.

i think you should ask her out next time.since girls hate to be kept waiting especially on a date.i think you would not make it there in tI'me since you might not b done until 7 30 and the place is an hour away i tell you forget it.trust me im a girl i would no!

explain to her ahead of time that you aren't going to make it to the dance, or say it to a group of friends with her around. get to the dance, ask her to dance with you (Slow dance) and whisper in her ear, "I like you a lot, and I've wanted to ask you out for a while, so would you be my girlfriend?" she'll thinks its off the hook romantic, sweet, kind and overall the charmer of the night.

then why do you want to ask her to the dance if you would probably stand her up..being you dont have enough time to get there...why dont you just ask her to maybe catch a movie later that night or just to hang out somewhere???
