I think a better question might be to ask yourself why God's rules are causing you such serious emotional problems. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the areas of rebellion in your life that cause you to fight against the Father Who loves you and only wants the best for you.
He gives us rules to protect us and to keep us from doing things that will harm us. Try focusing on the positive aspects of obedience and look at the ways in which He has blessed you and been with you during the hard times.
And the reason you keep turning to Him is because deep in your heart and soul, you know that He loves you and doesn't want to see you hurt. Trust Him, and ask for His help and guidance.

It may be that you don't need to put Him aside, you may need to have Him in your life on your own terms, not how other people say so, but what works for you. I was raised with a very strict background and found myself very frustrated with the hypocrites that I saw with man's interpretation of the "rules", as an adult I fully believe in a higher power, however so not feel that I have to go to a man made building with a narrow view of what the rules are to pray and respect the existence of a higher power.

It could be that you are comfortable with him because you are accustom to him. This does not mean you should stay with him, and it does not mean he is right for you.
Some women tend to stay with what they are familiar with, even if that person is not right for them.
Also, some women feel like they can change a guy so they will hang around hoping that he will change. In most cases he does not.
There could be any number of reasons that you keep coming back to someone who has caused you problems, but the bottom line is you need to break with this guy because overall he obviously is not the one for you.
The longer you wait to leave him, the more of your time and life you will have wasted when you could have moved on to other more positive aspects of life.

Because He is real and lives inside of you. Your emotional problems are caused by temptation. Just keep turning to Him, He knows exactly what you are dealing with.

Because you are giving this deity power over you and letting him influence your life. You'd need to do an exorcism of sorts. And fear not, it is possible to make him go away, I did it. You can break free from the chains that bind you.

you cant make him go away, because he now realizes the error of his ways ... he is in your life because he wants another chance at making things right .... yet you turn to him because you know you need that male figure in your life .... you want answers ... and explanation of some sort .... you want to understand him better ... and if you can understand him better and his ways then only then will you be able to deal with the things you have hidden in your heart

who is him if you are talking about God you are chosen and he will never leave you or forsake that is his promise he will allways be there
but if you are talking about the devil you need to rise up in your spiritman and caset the devil right out he has no power over you and you cant do that without God so you might as well embrace God because he love you and he will never go away

It's because it's your little ego voice that keeps talking to you. Just be strong and tell it to go away and ultimately the real spirituality element will emerge. Too many of us think that the ego voice is Jesus when it's not.
