Maybe some art supplies like play dough or finger paints. Check with the parents first on that one though.

i'd recommend against the nail polish....i know it seems girly and fun, but i made that mistake once! it spilled all over the little girl's favorite blanket and there was no way to remove it (remover would've bleached the fabric)! and then she wouldn't sit still to let it dry and it got all over everything she touched!

so, instead of nail polish, i'd bring books to read, the Lizzie McGuire game, crafts stuff (coloring books, card-making supplies), a movie and popcorn (to settle down at the end of the night), and/or hair stuff (you could braid or curl it)

Books are always good... You could go to the library if you dont have childrens books, or they may have their own. You may want to ask the parents before using the nail polish in case they have a problem with it. Also, you could bring some disney type movies as well... Maybe have a little picnic indoors, they might enjoy that as well... Good luck!

bring matching games, and coloring books, and crayons, and be prepared to play hide and seek or tag. they're a little young for nail polish and Lizzie. bring finger paints. brings different colored construction paper and help them make V-day cards for there mommy and daddy. stuff like that. good luck and have fun. if you see the kids or parents ask what they like to do then plan a game or activity around that.

uhh...they're 3rd grader and kindergardner...I used to do lots of babysitting and I also took care of my brother too. how about videos? little mermaid or whatever that seems fun. (nothing sad or violent.) books, and take some paper and crayons or color pencils. especially female girls love drawing. Try outdoor exercise as well. play board games. Get their imagination and ideas going. It's good for young

THE Parents should have guidelines and games for them, and be sure it's okay to paint their nails.

Usually help with homework, popcorn and a video!!
that's a breeze and everyone likes to see Shrek again!
and Popcorn!!!!!

Gold old coloring book and crayons!
Think old fashioned fun!

and get them to bed on time, or your life will be a nightmare.
stay off the phone, and no visitors!

good luck!!

i got into so much trouble when my b/f came by to visit!

but all the parents i babysat for, had me order pizza if they hadn't eaten, had me give them popcorn, a snack at bedtime, and told me what NOT to do.

so keep it simple sweetie.
the parent will have a list of rules for you.

Bring dress up clothes for them, hats, dresses, scarfs, jewelry, ect. Thats always fun. You could do your nails then dress up and pretend your going to a party or something. Maybe bring a fun snack you can make together, so they can participate. Something that's easy and won't make a mess. I always ask my mom for ideas and that always helps. Have fun!! lol

in most cases, they'll probably have a lsit of things that they already want to do and you can just follow them around and supervise them. most kids are incredible at entertaining themselves, so dont stress too much about it. the fact that you are bringing two things already is great... looks good on you and may come in handy if you do need something else to do with them!

good luck

Crayons and coloring books are fun for those ages. I don't know what kind of things you have in your home but if you have string and beads for stiringing that may be fun for them to do. Good luck and have fun. :0)
