Be careful, you are flirting with a powerful narcotic, You will start chasing it before you know it. I have also felt the pull of pain meds. I have a bad sciatic nerve condition and doctors prescribe narcotics like candy. I have made efforts to stop the meds because I am very busy building my business in the financial services industry and I will NOT take a chance on losing out on a 6 figure income because of addiction. In other words you need to find for yourself the reasons for not screwing up your life because of an addiction. I'm not trying to sound harsh but the process has begun.

I take a fairly high strength lortab. two things Using them to get a "feel good by itself is just not good. Second is if you ever need them for real pain you will have built up a tolerance.
From the bottom of my heart I recommend that you stop except for pain requirements and do go talk to someone about them. They are addictive, otherwise they would be sold over the counter.

I suggest that you go to webmd.com and look at what they say

You know, what your doing is illegal. Your friends are not allowed to give you their prescribed meds. It's a serious offense, and your friend could go to jail. You shouldn't take this medication just because it makes you feel good, there are other ways to do that. The stupidest reason for taking this medication is probably the fact that you are paying for it. You don't have any need for it, so I have a stupendous idea that doesn't require therapy, spend your money on something else that is better for you and your health.
