You can probably go to your school counslear, tell them your symptoms. Often times parents have a hard time hearing things like that cause they don't want to think that there is anything wrong with their kids. My parents had a hard time... they just kind of ignored it, but they have accepted it now and are even trying to get my brother to get tested.

ADHD is a disorder which begins to manifest itself in grade school. One question is, how long have you been feeling this way? Is this a relatively recent thing, or has it been going on for a while?
The primary symptoms of ADHD are hyperactivity (being restless, not being able to sit still), inattention (could be manifesting itself with "sleeping," but this does not seem typical) and impulsivity (blurting things out, for example).
Based on what you said, this does not seem to describe the problems you are having. I think there is something else going on.
It sounds like you would do well to talk to someone. If your parents don't seem to take you seriously or don't seem to want to help you, try your school counselor. She may be able to make a referral to a psychologist or social worker. Failing that, she may be able to refer you to a free clinic or a mental health worker who works on a sliding scale (if your grandmother is willing to help you financially in this way).
Another thing you can try if your school does not have a counselor, is to call a local hospital. They may know of free or low-cost community mental health services.
If you do need long-term therapy, money may be an issue. Please try to talk it over with your parents as their insurance most likely has mental health coverage.
Good luck!

its hard to say weather u have ADHD but some of the syptoms u show does have it.
u must see a doctor, there are list of syptoms of ADHD,
u must have at least 6 of them to be qualified of having ADHD,
with ADHD it mostly will grow with u till adulthood.
u can get ADHD through ure parents so its genetics,
Diet, environmental factors, vilonce, abuse and other emotional traumas.
now how does the doc know for sure u have ADHD well he has to to do some check uos (after u have 6 of the syptoms from the list, i will show u the list in the end)
well this disorder (ADHD) is quite a hard one to be sure weather some1 has it, but the are clinical test from a book which names soooo long no point of typing it.
but also a brain scans done, that can be used or a computerised test.
after they have realised for sure that u have ADHD (cause u have to get this checked up!! cause if u ignore it, at udult hood u may get anxiety, depression and worst mental disorders which IS not GOOD!)
u will be given medication, most likely tricyclic anti-Depressants are occasionally prescribed, but they seem to only treat the hyperactive part of the condition, which u seem to show in ure syptoms.
u must be wondering why u should be taking anti depressant drugs !! u are not depressed, well its the action of the drug that is important here.
anti depressant causes an increase of monoamine neurotransmitters, which will increase ure concentration, because u are hyperactive u get bored easily i guess if u have ADHD, and this will cause u to concentrate better.
ok here are the list of syptoms if u show ..... donno 4 or 5 or more of these syptoms, or even a couple!! go see the doctor.
Inattention:
Failure to pay close attention to details or making careless mistakes when doing schoolwork or other activities
Trouble keeping attention focused during play or tasks
Appearing not to listen when spoken to
Failure to follow instructions or finish tasks
Avoiding tasks that require a high amount of mental effort and organization, such as school projects
Frequently losing items required to facilitate tasks or activities, such as school supplies
Excessive distractibility
Forgetfulness
Procrastination, inability to begin an activity
Difficulties with household activities (cleaning, paying bills, etc.)
Difficulty falling asleep, may be due to too many thoughts at night
Frequent emotional outbursts
Easily frustrated
Easily distracted
Hyperactivity-impulsive behavior
Fidgeting with hands or feet or squirming in seat
Leaving seat often, even when inappropriate
Running or climbing at inappropriate times
Difficulty in quiet play
Frequently feeling restless
Excessive speech
Answering a question before the speaker has finished
Failure to await one's turn
Interrupting the activities of others at inappropriate times
Impulsive spending, leading to financial difficulties
Are u in the hyperactive disorder or inattention?? i donno u have to see ureself, i hope u havent got a mixture of both.
ok tell ure parents to read this ! i am a pharmacy student and any condition where u dnt feel normal go see the doc, even if the doc saids u re fine and u are just in puberty time at least u feel comfort in knowing.
good luck !!
take care

Have you tryed telling your parents exactly what you just said you just said to us? If they won't listen, go to your school counselor and explain what happens for you in class. They may beable to do testing.
