over the weekend i was talking to my aunt and she's like "you were determined an anorexic at age 10" and i'm sitting there like what!?!?! she saqid yea you remember that medicine you would take to make you eat more that's cause i told your mom you needed help. do you think that this is disrespectful not to tell me this until 4 years later. cuz i knew what the medicine was for but i didn't know why i just new i had to take it

would you really have been able to comprehend this at age 10? You don't say whether you really were anorexic adn if your fine now.. YOur aunt should not have told you this way.... and you should have been in tehrapy if tehy believed that you had a true metnal illness like anorexia nerovsa.
But just becuase your aunt and mom handled this badly doens't mean you have to. talk to your mom and find her reasoning for why she didn't tell you. Talk to yoru aunt about how her revelation made you feel. Maybe you shoudl talk to a therapsit if yoru relaly anorexic
