Instead of using nail polish remover or harshly scrubbing the face try using a facial exfoliant. Place a hot, wet face towel over the face and leave until the towel becomes cool, this will soften the follicles and the nail polish. Then apply an abrasive facial exfoliant and using lots of water, gently scrub until all the exfoliant particles have dissolved.

Regardless of whatever method you use make sure you apply a moisturiser afterwards- the skin will be very dry due to the nail polish.

go to the store and buy non-acetone nail polish remover . . . hope this should help. . . anyways, is it the 3 year old that painted the neighbor, or the neighbor that painted the 3 year old . . . that's kind of messed up if an older kid painted a 3 year old w/nail polish . . . someome needs to be disciplined

Either go get nail polish remover or scrub with warm soapy water. He'll like the remover treatment better!

A wire brush would be safer than most fingernail polish removers. Don't sweat the small stuff! It will wear off in no time. ;)

I agree with piecrumz buy non-acetone nail polish remover. My mom is a cosmetologist and she buys it because its much safer to use (especially if your going to use it on your childs skin) and it works just as well.

maybe you could try baby oil. Or you could just use a soapy sponge. It might take a bit of scrubbing (especially when it's wet, but once it's dry it'll gradually flake off), but it does work . I get it all over my hands and feet when i paint my nails. But like i said, it does take a bit of scrubbing, so if you happen to have baby oil, it should work best.

Sorry - you're going to have to go buy some polish remover. Unless you've got a jar of acetone in the garage...I'm kidding, please don't put that on the poor guy's face! :)
