16 is not too young to fall in love, just don`t rush sex , from my experience if a girl is too easy most guys move on after that to the next conquest . If you wait and he is serious he will respect you more . In a perfect world you would be married first. I would not get married until 25 if I were you though , finish your education and get a good job first and enjoy life .

If you truly feel like you love him then yeah... love has no age restrictions. But from my experiences I would definitely wait on that part. You think your going to be with your first love forever so you go for it, but really you should be together for a long time before making that big of a decision.

The key word there was "think", if you love him youd just say so. Plus being 16 there are so many more people for you to meet and things for you to do in your life! There is nothing wrong with dating him though. Just dont tell him you love, remind him your only 16.

I dated a guy when I was 16. We weren't mature enough but we got used to being around each other. 3 years later he proposed and during the wedding planning I knew he wasn't the one. The hardest thing you will ever do is tell a guy that you don't want to marry him.
It sounds like you are already questioning it. Listen to what your heart is telling you...Wait!

If you think you love him too then dont give it up! Think, if you broke up with him the reason would be becuase.... your 16?... Anyways, if you love him then keep with him. I know people younger than you that are in love, their not worried about their age. Just keep with him, age doesnt matter when you really are in love. Hell, your first love is 95% of the time not your final love so go for it. Life evolves, love changes as we age. Live by your gut feeling, and everything will fall into place. Highschool sweethearts is a great thing.
Just enjoy your friends and dont be consumed by your new feelings. Life seems like forever, until you grow up and ask yourself where'd time go.

No matter how old you are LOVE IS EVERYWHERE.
But you might want to make sure he TRULY does love you.
If he does the nicest things for you and stuff. then yes he does.
But if he says it's just a joke then pshh. Just remember falling in love can be overwhelming so don't do anything stupid. I meant to say that very gently, no offense.

we all start to understand and develop feelings of love and attraction at early ages, but i wouldn't have sex until you have dated him for at least a year or two.. are you really sure he loves you? is he the guy you wanna be with forever? don't fall for the oldest trick in the book. many girls your age end up having sex only to have the guy dump them.. in the end, it's up to you, but i'd wait longer...

You are a bit young but you can't help who you "fall" in love with. I wish you would have given us more info. His age, how long have you been dating. You are young and there will be boyfriends who come and go. If you are ment to be together it will happen. Good luck.
