hi, will apple replace your ipod if it has a hardware issue. like my ipod just stopped working and it wasnt my fault because i checked with many people and they said it is a hardware problem so would apple replace it even if i have no warranty...?

Contact them at Apple.com. If it is a hardware issue, then it might have to do with a required update. Make sure you have the most recent version of iTunes. Apple is constantly releasing new updates to fix iPod bugs.

However, I cannot say that they will replace it without a warranty if you've had it for over a given period of time.
