Try slipping a finger near his anus and see how he takes it. Or when you are going down on him, put your tounge their and see how he reacts. That should be a clear enough sign. Also, watch how he is with his friends. Some guys taking the touchy feely thing too far with other guys for a reason. And, you could always ask an outside source. Such as a person that is of that persuasion.

Down low? Do you mean cheating on you? If he seems to be acting oddly happer then he usally be acting, paranoid, not looking at you in your face when you be talking to him, etc.
