Well, originally it was just a jug of water, a day-old loaf of bread, and a little basket of bait minnows that Peter had in the trunk of his chariot. But then Jesus got ahold of it and suddenly it was Judea's best wine and an all-you-can eat gourmet organic bread and Koho salmon buffet.
(He wanted to go out in style).

The Bible only mentions bread and wine, but that would be a sorry excuse for a last meal. I think that's the only course mentioned because it is what was shared and used for symbolic purposes. There was probably something else, like fish.
I would be pretty mad if my last meal was only bread and wine. I think I would demand a do-over. :-)

Bread and wine is all that's mentioned.
I don't know if they had fish--those guys probably ate more than their share of fish and they were probably tired of it.
And it would have been kosher, as Jesus was a Jew, so no spaghetti Bolognese.
People, kosher means you can't mix milk and meat! No cheeseburgers, no lasagna, no pork (unclean meat), no lamb and then cheese...it's pretty restrictive.

the traditional passover dinner was lamb, and a salad with bitter greens, it is mentioned in the bible that they had bread and wine, and a staple of the time and area was lintels.
