Why go simple, go extravagant. I would say 65 to 120 bucks or so.

How long depends on how well you take it. It tends to hurt a little under the arm now as for the cost, it's going to be different in every tattoo shop you go in and where you are in the US. What costs as little as $75 here where I am might cost as much as $200 in California.

From a good artist it will be at least 50 bucks. Use a good artist you find by referral. Ask people with tattoos who is good in your area.
Outside part of your arm = not very painful
Inside part of your arm = PAINFUL

most shops charge $100 per hour with a $50 minimum .A armband without too much detail about 1 hour, so $100 + 15% tip. Arms are not too painful

Go to a tattoo shop and get some prices and look through their books. They are use to people "browsing"!
