thanx for the answers the main reason i ask is i have this ****** dance tape that i am practicing for my husband and the women in it do this look and i cant figure out how

It is from within - it's a look that says 'come and get me!' best done with your head slightly dipped and with your eyes looking just up from under the lashes.

it has to do a lot with the eye shape its self.....my eyes are big and so i dont have to do much but if yours arnt.....you need to fix your makeup the right way....if you have an angle brush dip it in black eye shadow sweep it on the lash lines top and bottom this might sound nasty but i lick the brush to get it darker and say on longer... bring it to a point at the outer corner or your eyes. also try the "**** star" look get a dark brown gray or black sweep it in the crease of your eye lip...bring it up just a lil toward your eye brow then get a lighter color i use dark brown and a really light light brown.... take the lighter color and fill it in on your lip and below the brow hope this helps oh and get a really good mascara! oh and liner! and it does take practice to get it right!
