Well, how are you and if you aren't having sex yet, I suggest you get him something that doesn't hint at that direction. Buy him a video game or something creative. You know him best, so the gift will seem more genuine if you pick something that is unique to his personality.
If you are having sex, that is a completely different story. Buy some different lingerie, that are enticing, and show him a picture of it. THen tell him that is what you are wearing underneath your clothes. I don't think this is appropriate. I am going to get banned.

if he really likes you it won't matter, just don't embarass him in front of his friends and you'll be all right.
