It's possible. No country can stand on the top of the world forever. Some country will take over America sometime. China could be the one. And base on its performance these years, the odds is good. But still it will take time.

No China, like all developed/developing nations is taking care of itself. The notion of conquering others is outdated to modern nations. Subjugating another people only makes you responsible for those people, it's better to maintain influence in your own region, and develop alliances and trading partners.
I can only see 2 things that could drive China to war with anyone. If china reaches a point where they cannot supply their people with enough food or if another nation has too much influence in their region.
The US could potentially drive China to war over Taiwan however we are a very very very very long way from that happening today.
