Practice every day for at least an hour gradually going higher and higher as you can. Open your air passageway and let the air go deep down in your abdominals, and as you sing push it up from your abdominals. Never strain your vocal cords, your jaw or neck area. Work at it every day stretching your voice higher and higher................but NEVER straining. You don't want to do damage. Happy singing! :)

Assuming you are talking about singing, I have SOME advice. Depending on your range now, it's important that you use head voice when you sing, rather than kind of "yelling" pictches. Flip the sound into your head so you can feel the pitch vibrations in your "mask" (the muscles around your nose, mouth, and cheeks). After you can feel vibrations there, you'll be able to focus more and more and the vibrations will be felt in your forehead, the back of your neck and shoulders, and in your lower back. The vibrations will be felt there because you will be filling your stomach with air instead of your shoulder area. The stomach should puff outwards when inhaling, and you should try to keep it that way while singing, to maintain breath support. To hit high notes, pretend your are breathing through a straw. Your vocal chords should constrict, which will allow for less air passage, making the frequency of your pitch higher. You'll be able to feel your chords constricting, and the more you practice WITHOUT forcing yourself to go higher, the higher the notes you'll be able to hit.

Good luck!

Take good care of your throat, and as boring as it sounds...sing scales. This will allow you to gradually work up to higher notes, instead of just trying to hit them. Oh and make sure your breathing right. Use your "stomach" to breath and push the air out when your trying to hit the high notes instead of using your lungs...that will only cause you to strain your voice. More air, better breathing, good throat, and scales...if you don't have the patience for scales like me, sing along to music that goes higher then your used to singing...that way your voice is warmed up, and you wont be singing high the whole time, if you can't hit a note, don't force it out...that's bad...just pick another song.

are you talking about singing? if so, you just have to practice singing as high as you can. your voice is like a muscle, the more you work it out, the stronger it gets. so the more you push yourself to hit the high notes, the better your voice gets at it.
However, there are right and wrong ways to sing. I'd talk to someone who has had voice lessons because you could end up doing damage to your voice by singing incorrectly

PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. DRINK WATER, NOT SODA AND KEEP REACHING HIGHER AND HIGHER STEP BY STEP. BELIEVE.
