go to the nearest hair salon that uses paul mitchell and redken and ask for a "p.m. shine and a redken shot. I swear by them, they last for six weeks and make your hair soooooooooo nice. Trust me, I had dry and damaged and frizzy hair and now it is soooo soft and perfect! Also, when your hair is damp, comb it out and put Paul Mitchell Super Skinny serum all through it, not too much though, a couple drops go a long way- with a round brush and a hair dryer, slowly dry section by section and you will have the silkiest hair! And NEVER go to bed with wet hair- it's like dreaming for frizzy hair!

buildup on the scalp from lots of silicone products or from the wrong shampoos (ie shampoos that can cause problems like pantene) can cause issues. i dont think its causing your hair to 'fall out', but you may be losing more hair then normal. try using a clarifying shampoo every few washes- something like neutrogena anti-residue. you may want to try limiting yourself to one anti-frizz product that works well instead of many. and dont over-wash your hair- doing that can cause more frizz. wash 3 times a week. condition first, then shampoo the conditioner out, then condition again.

no. you should invest in some decent shampoo, though. it would make your life so much easier.

try redken fresh curls.

your biggest issue is that you use cheap stuff, like anything you get at rite-aid or walgreens or target.

head to your local salon and ask for advice! it's hard to tell you what to do without feeling your hair, you know?
