the UK goverment, is thinking of passing a law ( from which end, I ain't sure ) that will prohibit the possession of children! If the devil ignores this law, should he be prosocuted?

Possession is greedy, it is already nine tenths of the law and now it wants the children too!
I shouldn't worry about it, there does not seem much point prosecuting for him to get community service because there is no room in the prisons.
