Diameter, not length.

I'd guess about an inch.

A syringe that is 60 cc or 60 ml is far too big for home use. 60 ml is the same as 2 ounces. A dose of of 0.6 ml barely covers the bottom of 1/8th teaspoon. These measurements are not even close to the same! You will need someone help you. Go to your drug store and there will be people there who can help you.
