Wow first of all I just want to tell you that you're really strong. I remember when I was 13 I really needed my space as well (still do but my hormones aren't as rushing :P ) so I would've probably kicked the hell out of my brother straight out of my room. Are you sure there isn't any other room to sleep in at all? When you think about it, you don't really need a room. Do your homework in the living room and sleep somewhere else. If not, is your brother the sensitive type? Would he get affected if you give him a nice speech about how he screwed his life or couldn't he care less? If he would care, you can make a speech and tell him once you get really pissed off at him. You never know it may straight him up About when he masturbates, seriously if you hear him in the night just be like "wth?!?!?!" If he couldn't care less that you saw him, then your brother is a serious asshole who won't ever change. If he's like "omg!" and hides away, then you know it's not hopeless. He still cares a minimum about something :P Finally, if your still stuck with him in your room, try to live with it. If he leaves all his stuff on the floor, once he's out you could take all his stuff and put it outside of the room, to teach him. You could also separate the room in half, part of it yours and his. If stuff smells, open the windows and use an air refreshener Good luck!
