You may have cyclothymia, a lesser form of bipolar disorder.

See a psychiatrist, get mood-stabilizing drugs.

Or work it out with the help of a psychologist.

You may be just depressed. Get a doctor and start trying some meds. If you truly feel bipolar, try Geodon.

That doesn't sound like bi-polar, that sounds like depression. bi-polar means that your moods swing both ways to the extreme, meaning: sometimes you have depression and sometimes you are manic. (That's MANIC not "Maniac") Examples of Mania are: racing thoughts, talking to fast, going on spending sprees, etc... all the way up to acting like you are high on speed. Someone who is Bi-polar fluxuates between depression: "I can't get out of bed" to manic: "OMG! I have to do this, and this and this, OMG this cashier is so slow, rush, rush, rush, spend, spend, spend, clean, clean, clean" and then back to depression.

Talk with a licensed therapist about your symptoms, he/she can properly diagnose you. Good luck!
