I feel for you man. I'll tell you that a foaming cleaner with sylic acid in it is probably goin to be effective for you. Once a week use something with an exfoliant in it like St.Ives. It gets rid of the dead skin and helps deep clean your pores. You might also want to look into an on the spot acne cream for problem pimples. Clean and Clear has a good one. Its fast acting and really reduces size and swelling. Finally you are going to need a moisturizer. It is THE most important part of skin care. Look for one that both conditions skin and helps control oil....again Clean and Clear has a few good ones. Good luck darlin. And by the way cutting back on sugar and drinking water really does help a lot.

Keep it clean! Wash your face at least twice a day using an anti acne wash such as St.Ives or Clearasil. Use a natural unscented soap like Simply Natural or Dove unscented. On the pimples you have use a spot treatment- a presrciption from your dermatologist would be best because it will be strong. Make sure you put this only on your pimples not your whole face because it will dry out your skin. Many people believe that moisturizer on your face will give you pimples because they think drying them out makes them go away- this is not true! Moisturizing your face is very important. If your skin is thirsty from not being moisturized it will create natural oils- these oils are what gives you pimples! So be clean and use moisturizer all over your face and neck and use acne medicine in trouble areas, also drink lots of water and try not to touch your face, the dirt and oil on your fingers will get in your pores and cause pimples. Hope that was helpful!

There are many products out there for your situation. When I started getting pimples I went right to the drug store and bought what i thought would help my skin. Every ones skin is different so it depends on what your skin responds to the best. Try going to a drug store and looking at the different products and read the bottle to see what kind of pimples it is used for. Try buying something to put on a specific pimple to control it and also get a good facial scrub or wash!

look for products with AHA alpha hydroxy acid and BHA acid.
to wash your face with. Then look for a gel lotion or liquid with at least 2 percent BHA beta hydrox acid. or sometimes called Satalic Acid you can put this on your face while you sleep or during the day... . Your skin will be more sensative to the sun so watch your exposure and use a sunscreen.

Special face washes and moisturizers. =) Make sure you clean up your face at least twice a day. :]

And....don't touch your face. When you touch your face, you are not being nice to your skin due to oils and other things you touch....
