The the 2nd answerer, this is my business. Haggarts religious policies are making their way into America's political policies (abortion, womens rights, etc). No, that means he is a Pentecostal Charismatic-he can be one thing today and a totally different thing the next day. He can be homo one day, preacher the next, and crook the next-but he can always repent and then be a Christian (so he thinks).
