i know this sounds like a ridicules question but i want to be cuz i dont like my life rght now.....so can u help me?

I've been strugging with clinical depression for about 10 years - trust me - you don't want to MAKE yourself depressed because it's a living nightmare. Unless you are an actress who needs to become depressed for a role - I would never advise someone one how to become depressed.

My suggestion to you if you don't like your life right now is to figure out why. Is it your job? Your current relationship? Where you live? Maybe you just don't know why you don't like your life right now --- and that's O.K. If that is the case, you should make an appointment with a therapist. It doesn't have to be something you do for the rest of your life - just until you work out the issues that are holding you back. What ever it is that is making you unhappy right now - it won't be forever if you take control. Good luck and hope that helps you out.

Think depressing thoughts...your feelings are a direct correlation to whatever you are thinking. If you want to be depressed just keep focusing on what you don't like, what's wrong with your life, all your problems and soon you will be very depressed.

However, if you are feeling bad and want to feel good, then start thinking about what you like in your life, what's going right for you, what you're grateful for and soon you'll feel better.

You are not your problems.

Stay inside in the dark and watch Lifetime movies about all these women getting cheated on and killed. But, I think that's a bad thing. Why don't you change what you don't like in your life??

sounds like your already depressed. if you dont like your life try and change the things you can. talk to someone close to you ,maybe they can help
