If you are using a PC there is Adobe, if you are running a mac there is a program called Aperature.
But there are actually some programs for beauticians that allow you to import your picture into the program and change hair cut, color, size of eyebrows, lip enhancements, eye color, examples of different kinds of plastic surgery, etc.
But Adobe or Aperature can be used to do the same it just takes knowledge of the program you are using.
