You ever see the special on the History Channel (US) called "UFOs in the Bible"?

Throughtout the book of Exodus it describes God travelling in a cloud that never changed shape for 40 years called a pillar cloud and this cloud used to light up like fire in the night. This is obviously no ordinary cloud. Also this cloud would rest on mountaintops and Moses would go speak to god where this cloud rested.

Ezekiel describes a craft as a wheel in a wheel and whirlwinds coming from this. Elijah said chariots of fire. In Rev-21 it describes a 'Crystal City' called the New Jerusalem (get this) coming down out of heaven.

The authors used what they knew to describe what they saw and there are records outside the bible to support that the UFOs were around.

Yes.
There have always been Chariots of GOD too.
When you Leave the Earth for Good, an Angel will take you in a Chariot to the Planet Heaven.
The Distance is Incredible and to get there, you have to Ride in one of These Things.
They go fast too, faster than Light.
When the Chariot took off with an Old Prophet in the Old Testament, it Left a Whirl Wind behind.
They can Accelerate Trememdously.
And, they are Di-Mensional.
The Cherubs, The Angels with Wings on the Ark of the Covenant, had a Chariot too.

No. People's delusions in bible days were interpreted as angels, demons or god. Nowadays delusions are usually aliens.

Read "The Demon Haunted World" by Carl Sagan. It explains how people's interpretations of strange things has changed over time. Great book.

If you believe in certain goofball-style interpretations of Ezekiel, there is the possibility, I suppose. Odd scraps of Egyptian hieroglyphs and the occasional weird Mayan rune point the conspiracy theorist towards other such possibilities.

I suggest a strong dose of careful skepticism and a copy of the book 'Chariots of the Gods' for giggles.

Matthew 2: 9-11

After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold and of incense and of myrrh.
