im 13 so i can help well i think u just need to get to know her and ask her on a date lets say the movie tell her it dosnt have to be a date if she dosnt want it to it can just be two friend u have to show her respect soon shel relize what a great guy and she mite ask u out herself

First off you want to look your best! Smile when you see her and make eye contact. Find out what interests her or what she likes to talk about and take an interest in that. If you share a class with her you could talk about the class.
Some topics of discussion that may really interest her.
Does she participate in any sports? Cheer? Dance? etc.
Does she take any lessons for anything like an instrument etc.
What church does her family go to if any. Maybe you could visit one Sunday.
Pay attention to the words that she uses and try to use the same words when you speak to her. For example if she doesn't swear then you shouldn't swear when you speak with her either. If she uses certain phrases then you should use them as well this is how you get in sychronisity with her.
Pay attention to the speed at which she talks and talk at the same speed as she does, mimic her movements but don't make it too noticable. If she yawns you yawn too. If she walks slowly you walk slowly with her.
Try to sychronize with her if you know what I mean. After you have established rapport with her by doing this you can be yourself. If you like something about her tell her. You know I really like the way you do your hair it is beautiful. You have nice eyes etc.
Talk about her behind her back! In a nice manner of course , say nice things about her to her friends and others they will surely get back to her, be genuine in your praise.

13 is a great time to start dating.. as almost everyone else in your age group has little or no experience with the subject. so you wont fell imtimidated, or like you have to be an expert on dating. first build up to it. start out with making nice comments about her. (i.e) being funny, or smart. she will notice the nice things you say. also, make sure you remeber the little things about her, like favorite color, pets, favorite band and song, girls love it when you remeber stuff like that. then after a while of, her noticing you, just ask, most of the time, (considering your age) they will say yes, good luck

I know that when I was 13 I wasn't really concerned with getting a boyfriend. You're young.. you'll have plenty of time for that later! Just be yourself and have fun, and maybe a nice girl will come along unexpectedly.

The most important thing to do is be her friend FIRST, on top of being a nice, polite, and respectful boy. You can't expect for a girl to instantly be your girlfriend without knowing you first. Be her friend and have fun. Don't try to do anything that neither one of you are ready for.

i'm 15, first of all i think u sould try to be friends with her first if u r not already or get to know her better and see what she likes and everything and for valentines day get her somthing like flowers and a teddy bear she'll love that!.

Well, just ask her out! I kno i kno, its hard. Ask her to hang out with you and get to kno her first. When my first bf asked me out, we had been at the fair all day having a blast, and while we were waiting for his dad to get us, he jsut looked at me and said, Will yougo out with me? and it was jsut so cute the way he said it! Just be really nice to her. Treat her with respect. And play it cool. Don't try to be someone that you aren't. Don't pay attention to other teens either...if they joke around about it...say yeah, I do like her. Don't be shy about it. Good luck. :)
