i got not one, not two, but three hickeys right next to each other and they look awful....i didnt know that my girlfriend was suckng that hard or for that long in the same spot.....so the next morning i seen it and was just like WOW.....it wont ever happen again but i am 19 and still living at home with my parents but how can i tell them about it because 3 next to each other and they are really bad will take a lil while to go away.....should i just tell them or keep trying to coverit up until they see it and then yell at me even more.....how long would it take for this to go away dur to the fact that it looks like one huge hickey and not three right next to each other and the fact that it is pretty dark?

baby you are 19, you know what sucking the neck does.
it is going to take about a week to disappear, until then cover it up. there is nothing worse than seeing someone walking around with hickeys.
actually if you want my opinion, it is juvenile.
you can have fun with someone, and even give them hickeys, but they can be slightly below the collar line.
there is no need for anyone to know what you have been doing or not doing.
the more you try to cover it by band-aids, or make up, the more it will show. if your weather permits wear a turtle neck or hoodie as much as possible
and please tell your girl to leave her sucking to somewhere else.....(mind out of the gutter)

I went through the same problem a few months ago. It will probably take about a week or two before they are completely gone. I didn't tell my parent's i wore a hoodie most of the time, but to make it go away faster i used a mixture of meat tenderizer, lemon juice, and water. I also heard brushing them with either a brush or comb works well. You can also try icing it if it has only been a day or two. Hope everything works out for you.

A. If you really are 19 you're parents really shouldnt have a whole lot to say about a damn hickey on your neck. B. If you are 19 then it should be fairly easy to avoid your parents for a few days.

Well, I would try to wear turtlenecks until they fade (probably a week). If that is not practical for you, try make-up. I totally understand your dilemma, but kids have to grow up, and parents have to accept that their kids are growing up. If they notice, THEY may be too embarrassed to say anything about it, because they know in their hearts that you ARE growing up! If they explode, remind them that no one died and no one got pregnant (hopefully). It is not illegal to make out -- it is part of life. Good luck!

just be honest, but make sure that you say that you think it's disgusting, and you are very angry about it... more angry than they are.
