Yes..I have a 7 year old who is go go go from dust till dawn. The family gets tired from just watching her. She does not have ADHD or sugar and has been like this since day one. She is constantly climbing, running and fidgeting but she is happy, healthy and smart with a remarkable memory.

I have 1 child that has ADHD with hyperactivity and 1 without hyperactivity. I get them both involved with sports to keep them active and their mind occupied. Not all hyperactive children are athletic and not all athletic children are hyperactive. Hyperactive children need a venue to run their energy off and sports are a great way to do that.

they have to be doing something or they will fall asleep
