I agree with some of the advice given, DON'T pick it is key!
but otherwise, either tea tree oil, or hydrocortisone are good anti-inflammatory cremes, which should help calm it down. toothpaste has a reputation to help too. if you get them frequently, invest in Zeno, from walgreens or your dermatologist, it's a specialized heating device you put on the new pimple, and it very often gets rid of it in a day or two. I've tried it. Don't pick!

Try putting some ice into a bag & then place it on top of the pimple. This will reduce the swelling & take away some redness. (it'll be red after you take the ice off because of the cold.) Then put some toothpaste right on top of the pimple. Make sure the toothpaste isnt whitening toothpaste or the gel kind. Just plain white toothpaste.
I hope i helped =]

OK, I've had that same problem. Along with my brothers singing Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. lol, But heres what you do. Clean the area with rubbing alcohol, then rub the pimple with ice to reduce the fever, once you've got that done get a plain asprin and crush it up, use lemon juice and a little toothpaste to form a cream like substance, put it on the pimple and BAM..its gone. Trust me...i've used it multiple times...

Look I have no idea what to do but whatever you do don't pop it. Trust me if you pop it you'll get more. Just leave it alone. Make sure to keep you're hair out the way. Hair has oil, the oil touches your face andgives you pimples.

It might sound funny but put toothpaste on it before you go to bed and it will dry it out and reduce the redness

Just leave it alone for now, let your skin regenerate the natural way. It's what I do and I almost never have any problems... Any agressive aproaches can reduce the size fast but doesn't necessary mean they are ok for your skin...
