No, you should fire AWAY from them. If they simply say "shoot," feel free to resolve the linguistic ambuiguity in favor of busting a cap in them.

Gun ownership should never be taken lightly. owning a gun is a major responsability,used responsibly can it can be a source of many hours of pleasure.Taken lightly could end up someone dead and guns being banned for every one.Be careful be safe.
